Maintenance precautions
The machine should be located in a place that is convenient for operation, convenient for loading and unloading materials, and convenient for drainage. The distance between the machine and the surrounding space shall not be less than 2000 mm for maintenance and repair.
Machine installation environment: temperature 5~25° and humidity 50%~60% are required.
The machine is required to be able to bear 500kg of work load per square meter, and can bear the weight of the machine and moderate vibration.The ground must be level or place a 3mm steel plate on the ground.
Before starting the machine for the first time, it must run at low speed for 10-30 minutes without load, and check for any abnormalities.
All refueling points must be added every 1 month of production.
The dust inside the machine should be cleaned up in time, and all screws and fasteners should be checked for looseness or displacement, and tightened.
Regularly check and tighten the screws of each terminal.
Regularly check the condition of all machinery and lubricating parts.
