1 Automatic Paper Feeding Unit

The newly developed feeder with metal base enables covering paper to enter the equipment easily and stably.It has the characteristics of high speed and stable paper feeding and is equipped with positioning corrector for Paper feeding.



2 Automatic Cardboard Feeding Unit

It can feed cardboard automatically and loading of cardboard for rough box can be done without halt of Equipment,so the production efficiency can be improved due to no impact on the normal operation of equipment.Automatic monitoring system of delivery unit.


3 Heat -Exchange Glue Applying System 
With viscosity controller equipment ,glue concentration and viscosity can be easily controlled,which makes Product quality more stable,Glue applying system has the function of mixing &filtering,repeated glue feeding,and automatic Cleaning.

4 Conveying Positioning System

PLC computer controls and automatic guiding system between the making assemblies .Box feeding wrapping,trimming And folding are done consistently in the forming control system and multiple sensors keep the positioning and gluing precision error within0.5mm.
