MACHINE INSTRUCTION
This machine adopts a double-station forming mechanism, a servo programmable motion controller system, a high-pixel vision + robot positioning system, and an intelligent human-machine interface system to realize intelligent operation functions, digital adjustment methods and parameterized function settings. It realizes high positioning accuracy of the machine, easy adjustment of replacement specifications, more stable operation and smoother movement. The automatically feeds the cover paper, gluing, positioning and laminating, drawing, box mounting, edge wrapping, full ear folding and folding into the forming action at one time. The use of double-station forming mechanism greatly improves the production efficiency of this machine.
It is applicable to the production of high-end rigid boxes , such as electronic product packaging boxes, mobile phone boxes, jewelry boxes, cosmetic boxes, watch boxes, bevel boxes, book boxes, gift boxes, etc.
