ZK -760 Full Automatic Rigid box making machine
This machine adopts servo control system, programmable PLC program control system and man-machine interface
control system to realize the one-time forming of box. The structure is compact, the operation is simple, and the
production efficiency is high. Mainly suitable for box forming of packaging materials such as 250-400g ivory board
and kraft paper. It is widely used in high-end paper box packaging in cosmetics, knitwear, baked food, toys, fruits,
daily necessities, medicine and other industries.

Production process
Machine Layout
The machine must be installed at a place which facilitates operation, loading and unloading materials and drainage.
The machine must be kept at least 2000mm away from the surrounding so that maintenance and service can be made.
Handling equipment such as forklifts must be made available on site.
Environmental requirements:
(1)Temperature: normal ambient temperature should be 5ºC-25ºC
(2)Humidity:50%- 60%
(3)The equipment should be kept away from oil gas, chemicals, acid and alkaline substances, explosives or inflammables.
(4)Lighting:over 300LUX
(5)Exposure to direct sunlight should be avoided.
(6)The equipment should not be placed closed to machines which cause vibration.
(7)Direct blowing by fans should be avoided.
The mechanical cam is driven by the servo motor, combined with a simple mechanical mechanism, intelligently controls the cardboard to be divided and conveyed quickly and stably.
The cardboard is driven by the belt, and the fold-in movement is conveyed of specific part(curved surface)with stable high speed.
The upper mold and lower outer frame are adjustable.which saves time for changing the mold size of the box,flexible and convenient,and saves the cost of making the mold
