1. We only need 2 operators to run the machine. However semi-automatic machine need about 12 skilled employes.
2. Our machine need the hot melt glue, which has no pollution to people. However semi-automatic machine use the white glue or industrial glue, which has the fatal damage to people's health.
3. The quality of the finished box is good, bucause it was controlied by the computer and accurate servo motors. The error is about 0.5mm. However the semi-automatic machine make the box by their eyes and experiences. The error is very big.
4. Our machine has the fast speed to make the box, about 1800 pcs/hour. And the broken error probability is less than 2%.
